How much time does this require each month?
Plan for the 2-hour live session plus 2–3 hours of pre-work and deliverable time each month. The program is designed for busy owners — not people with unlimited time. The pre-work builds the deliverable, so you're not doing busywork.
What kind of businesses is this for?
The program works across industries — consultants, agencies, professional services, B2B product companies, and trades. What matters more than industry is stage: you're past startup, generating real revenue, and ready to build a system rather than wing it.
What if I miss a session?
All sessions are recorded and shared within 24 hours. However, the peer work in each session is where a significant part of the value lives — missing multiple sessions will limit your experience significantly. We recommend applying only if you can commit to attending at least 5 of the 6 live sessions.
How is this different from a course or a mastermind?
It's neither. A course gives you content without accountability or community. A mastermind gives you peer support without structured curriculum. Scale Smart is a cohort program: structured monthly modules that build sequentially, combined with facilitated peer work that holds you accountable and sharpens your thinking.

When does the next cohort start?
Applications for the beta cohort starting in September 2026 are open now. Cohort start date is September 9, 2026. We accept a maximum of 10 participants per cohort to keep the group intimate and ensure facilitator access.
